cold bones of winter
I really need to do an actual blog post with my health update. Okay, it’s a goal for this week. No doubt the weather is not helping, but other things are! Yayyyy. I’m functioning very well most days by late morning. Soooo blessed!

sleep, where art thou
This was two night ago and thank you, Lord, I slept well last night! Autoimmune issues and finishing a good book in the wee hours are not helpful but it’s rare to go till dawn tossing and turning. Not fun times.
